Medical Bioinformatics and Computational Modelling
I have a background in computer science with a strong interest in graph-based computational methods. My research focuses on leveraging single cell and spatially resolved transcriptomic data to model cell–cell communication and identify cellular communities involved in cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.
