Simulation of germinal center reaction
As part of our research we use an agent based model of the germinal center (GC) reaction to investagete different processes. Danial Lashgari made two nice videos showing a simulation of the agent-based model.
This agent-based model of the GC has been developed by Michael Meyer-Hermann (HZI). We have modified and extended the model for the purpose of our research.
