Annual ARCAID meeting 2021

On 25th October 2021 the first ull day ARCAID meeting, with all PhD students present, took place. The meeting was organized as a hybrid meeting with part of the audiance at the AMC and other part following the meeting from home via Zoom. All PhD students were at the AMC.

Dasha Balashova and Utkarsh Mahamune both gave a very good presentation about the status of their current research. Dasha showed results from the comparison of different methods for the determination of clonal families from repertoire sequencing experiments and, in particular, the impact on downstream analyses. Utkarsh explained how he aims to reconstruct gene regulatory networks from single cell RNAseq data.
